All WOTC, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Holo, and Reverse Holo cards must be unsleeved — everything else can be sleeved
Cards must be English

Yes, I can pick up if you're located in NYC (exceptions for Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Bronx unless you have a large amount, 50,000+) or if you're located in Long Island.
