Terms of Service

By selling to us, you agree to these terms. They match the guidelines shown on the calculator and the guides on this site.

Who Can Sell

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• You confirm the cards are authentic and yours to sell. Counterfeit and proxy cards are not accepted.

Condition and Cards We Accept

• All cards must be Near Mint (NM). WOTC-era cards are accepted Lightly Played (LP) to Near Mint (NM).
• Cards must be English.
• All WOTC, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Holo, and Reverse Holo cards must be unsleeved. Everything else can be sleeved.

Quotes and Rates

• The calculator gives an estimate based on the rates posted on this site. Your quote is confirmed with you by email before you ship.
• A confirmed quote is honored if your cards arrive within 14 days of confirmation and match what you listed, even if rates change in that time.
• Rates are listed on the Pokemon bulk rates page and show the date they were last updated.

Shipping

• Shipping is covered for bulk quantities of 5,000+ cards, as described in the shipping instructions we send you.
• After your quote is confirmed, we send shipping instructions. Please pack by category as described in how to ship Pokemon bulk and ship with tracking.
• You are responsible for packing your cards well and for the shipment until we receive it.

Counting and Verification

• When your cards arrive, we count and check them against your quote.
• If the count or condition does not match, we email you a revised quote that explains the difference. You can accept it, and we pay on the revised amount.
• If you do not accept the revised quote, we will open a dispute with PayPal or Venmo for the adjusted amount.
• Cards that do not meet the guidelines are left out of the quote.

Returns

• If you decline a revised quote, or want cards returned that did not meet the guidelines, email us within 7 days and we will ship them back at your expense.
• If we receive no response, Poke Pleb Collectibles will keep those cards and a dispute will be opened with PayPal or Venmo for the adjusted amount.

Payment

• Goods & Services: we pay after your quote is confirmed.
• Friends & Family: we pay after your cards arrive and are verified.
• Payment is sent through PayPal or Venmo.
